Book Cover
CONTEXT: Conceptual Class Project
SCOPE: Cover Design
MY ROLE: Designer
This book cover redesign project explores how typography, imagery, and composition work together to reinterpret an existing narrative through a fresh visual lens. I approached the redesign by first analyzing the themes, tone, and emotional core of the story, then developing multiple conceptual directions that could translate those ideas into a compelling, market-ready cover. The final design balances strong typographic hierarchy with intentional visual symbolism to communicate mood and genre at a glance. This project reflects my interest in editorial and cover design, as well as my process of refining concepts into clear, impactful visual storytelling that engages readers before they even open the book.
